Deebzee INC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is committed to providing customers with a worry-free shopping experience. For products such as insulated water bottles, mugs, and sports water bottles, we have established the following return policy. Please read it carefully before applying for a return.

I. Scope of Returns

We support return requests that meet the following conditions:

The product is still identifiable upon receipt.

The product has not suffered serious human-caused damage (excluding damage caused by abnormal use).

The order is submitted within the specified return period.

✔ Even if the product has been opened or used, it can still be returned as long as it meets the return conditions.

II. Return Period
Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt. Orders exceeding this period will generally not be accepted for return (except in special circumstances).

III. Return Process

After approval, obtain the return address and return instructions.
Send the product back as required.
After receiving and confirming receipt, our company will arrange a refund.

IV. Return Shipping Costs
Returns due to product quality issues: Our company will bear the shipping costs.
Returns due to personal reasons (dislike, wrong purchase, etc.): The customer will bear the shipping costs.

V. Refund Information
Refunds will be processed after receiving and approving the return.
The original payment method will be used for the refund.
