- What types of cups do you offer?
We mainly offer three types of products:
Insulated Mugs: Suitable for keeping hot drinks like coffee and tea warm for extended periods.
Mugs: Suitable for everyday use at home or in the office.
Sports Bottles: Lightweight and durable, suitable for fitness, running, and outdoor activities.
- Are the cups safe and environmentally friendly?
Yes. All products are made with food-grade materials, free of harmful substances, and safe for everyday drinking.
- How long does the insulation last?
The insulation effect varies depending on the product model, but generally maintains:
Hot drinks: 6–12 hours
Cold drinks: 12–24 hours
- Can the cups be washed in a dishwasher?
Some products are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend their lifespan, especially for products with an insulation layer.
- What if the product is damaged during transportation?
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, please contact customer service as soon as possible after receiving the goods. We will provide replacement or reshipment services depending on the situation.
- Do you support returns?
Yes. Returns are possible even if the product has been opened, provided it meets the return policy requirements (please refer to the “Return Policy” for details).
- How long does it take for my order to ship?
Generally, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation. The exact arrival time depends on the delivery area.
- Can I purchase from overseas?
International shipping is not supported.
